You should consider Phthalo a techno label that has an eye to
ontologically formalizing techno in a certain way.
This entails the following two high values:

i) Hyperbolic experimentalism
ii) The expansion of techno (techno = rave music that comes on 12" vinyl)

If you identify with these values and make really good music then send the demo.
